Real-Time Collaborative Tutors
Starting from spring semester of my freshman year, extending into the
following summer, I conducted research with Professor Vincent Aleven. I explored the realm of educational technology and contributed to their
tutoring software. I began by transferring their Cognitive Tutor Authoring Tools (CTAT) into HTML from Adobe Flash. After sufficiently familiarizing myself with their software, I led my own research project with a partner. Together, we built the front- and back-end of a collaborative environment for middle school students. The following research poster effectively summarizes our work.
